Screenplay Formatter

Help

***Failed to Connect to drive.google.com***
This error is caused because Google requires the first (and sometimes only) google account that you log into is the account with the addons installed. To fix this you must log out of all your google based accounts and then log into the account with the addon installed.

***App Install Issues***
Google updates their back end to change how they deliver their third-party add-ons every 6-18 months. This, combined with really poor communication, results in the add-on becoming inaccessible until we can contact someone capable of speaking about their systems.

***App Launch Issues***
We are getting notifications from time to time that the add-on is coming up blank (or that the launch button is missing), the most frequent cause for this is an update to one of your browser extensions. If you experience this issue, submit feedback (we monitor to see if more reports than usual are coming in), update/toggle your browser extensions, or email us info@newcinematics.com and let us know the browser you're using and any installed browser extensions (and if it's just our app that is causing issues).
